Message from the Company President
Our role is a life value presenter, always taking on the challenge of creating new value
LUMINE has long been a special place that is loved by our customers. We will continue to value the reasons why LUMINE is loved and provide even greater value.
Our management philosophy is to “anticipate customers’ wishes and exceed their expectations”. This means that in order to build a deep relationship of trust with our customers, we must constantly refine our sensitivities and provide services that exceed their expectations while also being relatable to them. Our greatest joy is adding some sparkle to our customers’ lives by offering them experiences that bring them a sense of excitement and joy.
The economic environment and social changes are in a state of constant evolution. It is important for us to continually adapt to these changes so that we can remain able to take on the challenge of creating new value. We will create businesses that find solutions to societal and global issues, giving rise to hopes and dreams for a prosperous future for the next 100 years.
Efforts such as these are not something that can be achieved by us alone. All of the shops that serve as points of contact with customers, the people in charge of product manufacturing, and the communities that develop together with us. We must utilize open innovation to synergize with all of our partners and deepen our ties with our customers while working together to create emotional value and a brighter future.
We thank you very much for your ongoing support.
